Orders

Submitting the form on this site is a request, not a completed purchase. An order becomes firm once we confirm it by email. Prices shown in currencies other than Canadian dollars are indicative conversions; CAD is the reference currency.

Custom and new-model requests

New models are designed and validated before printing. Lead times vary with the design work involved and we will give you an estimate when we confirm the request.

Production and delivery

Parts are printed to order. We will tell you the expected production time and shipping or pickup arrangements when confirming your order.

Fit and use

Mounts are designed for a specific seatpost profile and light or radar model. Please confirm your bike details are accurate. These are accessories for recreational cycling use; inspect the mount and its fasteners regularly.

Returns

Because every part is made to order, contact us at orders@strattalabs.com if a part does not fit or arrives damaged and we will make it right.
