What we collect

When you submit an order or a model request we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, shop name (for dealers) and the details of the mount you want. That is all we ask for.

Why we collect it

Only to prepare, produce and deliver your order, to send you status updates about it, and to understand which models are most requested so we can plan production.

Payments

We do not take payments on this site and never ask for card or banking details through this form. Payment is arranged directly with you by email after we confirm your order.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. It is stored with our hosting and database provider and sent through our email delivery provider solely to deliver order notifications.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept for our business and tax records. You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing orders@strattalabs.com.

Cookies

This site uses only the technical storage needed to keep your language, currency and dealer session. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
